Victor Vokh

In 1993 he graduated with honors from Lviv State Medical University.

In 1985, he graduated with honors from the Boryslav medical school, paramedic department. After graduating from high school, he worked as a nurse at a psychiatric hospital in the village of Zaklad of the Mykolaiv district.

1985-1987 - served in the army.

In 1993, he graduated with honors from Danylo Halytsky Lviv State Medical University, and worked as a nurse in the postoperative ward of the cardiac surgery department of the LOCL. In 1993-1996, he completed an internship in the specialty "Anesthesiology" (full-time cycle at Lviv hospitals, part-time cycle at Drohobych City Hospital №1), was the head of the course.

In 1997, he completed an on-the-job training in the endoscopic department of the Diagnostic Center LOCL on "Endoscopic diagnosis of diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract" and in the same year he completed a specialization in "Endoscopy".

From 1997 to 2005 he worked as an endoscopist in the staff of the "Halol" plant (Drohobych), then - in the staff of the medical unit of industrial enterprises of Drohobych, Drohobych city hospital №2, Drohobych district hospital №5.

From 2000 to 2004 - part-time lecturer at the Drohobych branch of the Lviv Medical School of the Medic Center and the Monada Medical College (2004).

From 2005 to 2009 - endoscopist of the medical center "Rixos-Prykarpattya" in Truskavets, in 2006 - deputy chief physician for medical work of the medical center "Rixos-Prykarpattya". From 2009 to May 2012 he was the chief physician of the balneo-ozokeritotherapy hospital of the Medical Center №3 "Medpalas" in Truskavets, and a part-time endoscopist.

Since June 2012 - endoscopist at the St. Paraskeva Medical Center.

He has extensive experience in a wide range of emergency and planned surgical interventions.

He is proficient in such diagnostic methods as esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGDS), colonoscopy, capsule endoscopy, endoscopic and express pH-metry, daily pH monitoring.

Full member of the Association of endoscopists of Ukraine, the European Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE).

Winner of the colonoscopy tournament at the Kyiv International Endoscopy Forum on 25.10.2019.
