Andrii Barylyak
In 1998 he graduated with honors from Danylo Halytsky Lviv State Medical University with a degree in General Medicine.
After completing an internship in otorhinolaryngology at the ENT department of the Lviv Regional Clinical Hospital (1998 - 2000), he worked as an otorhinolaryngologist at the District Military Hospital.
From September 2000 to August 2002 he studied in clinical residency at the Department of Otorhinolaryngology of Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University.
In December 2002, he entered the postgraduate course at Danylo Halytsky Lviv National Medical University, which he successfully completed, and in 2006 he defended his PhD thesis on Clinical and morphological criteria for predicting early metastases in patients with cancer of the vocal and vestibular parts of the larynx.
In 2006, he completed an internship in pediatric otolaryngology.
In 2007 he completed an internship in modern methods of treatment of ear pathology and hearing prosthetics at the Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing (Warsaw, Poland)
In 2008 - specialization in septoplasty and functional and aesthetic rhinoplasty at the Medical University of Ulm (Germany)
In 2009 and 2010 - Endoscopic surgery of paranasal sinuses at the Institute of Physiology and Pathology of Hearing (Warsaw, Poland).
The main areas of practical and scientific work: diagnosis and treatment of oncological diseases of the larynx, throat and nose, functional, reconstructive surgery and microsurgery of the nose of the larynx and throat.
Member of the Ukrainian society of otorhinolaryngologists and the European rhinological society (ERS).
